Seasonal Sites Drawing
1.
Comply with all Campground regulations as stated on the Campground
brochure except
for the fourteen-day stay limit.
Violation of these rules or any of the rules below will be
cause
for cancellation of this agreement.
2. The total payment for the site will be $1,750 with a deposit of
$750 due within 10 days of the drawing and the balance of $1000 by
April
30, 2010
. Refunds will
only be made as a result of emergencies in which case 75% will be refunded
if canceled by
June
1, 50% by July 1, and no refunds after July 1.
3. The sites will be available on May 1 until
September 12, 2010
at which time all personal property must be removed and the site left in a
clean condition. Tenants must
pay $10/day non-seasonal rate for any stay past or prior to these dates.
The availability of water and rest rooms is weather dependent.
If this is a concern for you, please call the Campground Office on
May 1 or after before you move in (225-3337).
The campground office and restroom showers will be closed after
September 12.
4. Seasonal campers will do their own grass cutting and campsite
cleanup. This must be done on a regular basis.
5. All camping units except tents must be wheeled vehicles.
Seasonal campers are not
permitted to make any site improvements including moving in of storage
units, docks,
landscaping, etc. A daily fee
will be charged for any additional camping unit on a
seasonal
site with the exception of one additional small tent.
6. Only one form may be submitted per household/camping unit.
7. A drawing will be held at
2:00 p.m.
on
Monday, April 5, 2010 .
If interested, submit this form to the City of Hoyt Lakes,
206 Kennedy Memorial Drive,
Hoyt Lakes MN 55750.
8. An adult from the immediate family household must be present
overnight when the
campsite is in use. When
an adult from the immediate family household is not present
overnight then no one else may utilize the site unless the seasonal
site holder provides
written permission to the campground manager.
The regular daily campsite fee will be
charged to anyone else utilizing the site in the absence of an
adult from the immediate
family
household.
