Zoning Application

Hoyt Lakes requires a Zoning Permit if you are building a fence or a structure (i.e. shed, garage, addition).  An application can be obtained at the City Clerk's Office or you may download a Zoning Application here.  Please return completed application to the City Clerk's Office.

A Zoning Permit is $50 with an additional $150 fee if there is a variance/hearing needed.
